Quotations & orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days and are subject to stock availability at the time of order. An order is accepted only once we issue a written confirmation.
Prices & payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST and freight unless stated otherwise. Payment is due on approved account terms, or in full before dispatch where no account is held.
Delivery & risk
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery; title passes when payment has been received in full.
Warranty
Goods are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty. Claims must be made within the warranty period with proof of purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
Returns require prior approval. Goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging; a restocking fee may apply. Special-order and custom-configured items are not returnable.
Product information
Specifications, performance curves and dimensions are indicative and may change without notice. Final pump selection remains the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm the duty in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods, or a refund of the price paid.
